How AI Reflection works
An optional second look at one note you choose to send. It does not replace the note, and it does not decide for you.
AI Reflection is switched on for this server.
What is sent
Only the text of the selected Root Log and a short description of that practice day. Not your email, name, ROOT ID, or other notes. The text goes to Yandex AI Studio when you press the button.
What it does not do
It does not diagnose, name hidden motives as facts, label a personality, assign a level, or tell you what you must do. It can be wrong.
When it runs
Only after you agree and press the button on a note. Saving a note does not call it.
Removing results
You can hide or delete a result, or delete all of them in settings. The original note stays.
