A method for changing behavior is also a method that can be abused. These limits are part of the protocol, not a preface.
No coercion
Do not use shame, secrecy, debt, or fear of exile to keep someone practicing. Leaving must remain cheap.
No borrowed authority
Do not speak as if the protocol has certified your insight about another person's life. Insight is a hypothesis until they can check it.
No extraction
Do not turn someone's private record into content, status, or a product without a clear agreement. The private log, when it exists, belongs to the person who wrote it.
Repair
If you cross a limit, the repair is specific: say what happened, who was affected, and what will change. A spiritual explanation is not a repair.
Consent
Help with another person's pattern begins when they ask, and ends when they stop asking.
