Multilingual translation governance
English is the canonical language of the core documents. A translation can be verified without becoming a second original.

Problem
Two languages can drift into two doctrines. Readers then argue about which tone is sacred.
Proposal
Each core document records canonicalLanguage and translationStatus. Russian core texts in this phase are verified translations of the English canonical version. A later correction changes the canonical text first, then the translation.
Rationale
A visible status lets a reader trust the translation without pretending it is an independent revelation.
Risks
- Canonical language can be mistaken for a superior culture.
- A verified label can lag behind a correction.
Alternatives
- Treat every translation as equally canonical on day one.
- Publish only one language.
